24 Hours in the Canyon is an event of the Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation

The Event

The only simultaneous 24-hour mountain bike and road bike event in the country.

 

We offer Competitive & Non-Competitive options for you’re riding pleasure.

FREE kids event. Fun for the whole family!

 

100% of funds raised from the race are donated to the 24 Hours In The Canyon Cancer Survivorship Center.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

COMPETITIVE -- NON-COMPETITIVE -- GHOSTRIDER

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

COMPETITIVE CATEGORIES

* Solo (age categories of 14 & under, 15-17, 18-34, 35-49, 50+, 60+, 70+, or Slicks & Knobbies)

* 2 or 4-person teams of all male/all female/mixed

* Large Team Category (7 min & max of 10) of all male/all female/mixed

 

$150 – 24 Hour Competitive Slicks & Knobbies (Solos Only)
$150 – 24 Hour Competitive (per individual or per team member)
$125 – 12 Hour Competitive (per individual or per team member)
$100 – 6 Hour Competitive (per individual or per team member)

 

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: Entry into Palo Duro Canyon State Park for Fri, Sat, & Sun – Camping for Fri & Sat (while spots are available) – Dinner on Fri & Sat – Breakfast on Sun – Event Goodie Bag & T-Shirt – Timing your event – Trophy for Age Group or Team Podium

 

NON-COMPETITIVE (unlimited number of teammates)

$60 – Non-Competitive (per individual)

$24 – Ghostrider (per individual)

  • Virtual participant (INCLUDES T-SHIRT) with NO PARTICIPATION.

 

Fees increase $25 on 4/12/24 & an additional $10 on 5/3/24

The only simultaneous 24 hour road & mountain bike event in the US, and committed to cancer survivorship.

The Cancer Survivorship Center, established in June 2015, is a community center available for residents of the Texas & Oklahoma panhandles.

The programs and services offered are free for any adult survivor to access during and after completion of treatment.

100% of the funds from this event are used to provide these services.

Qualifying for Race Across America

24 Hours in the Canyon is a Race Across America Qualifier!

 

In order to qualify for RAAM, 24-hour road racers must complete 380 miles for men and 350 miles for women. 60+ year old men must complete 350 miles & women must compete 335 miles.
